A fabulous 2 bedroom dog friendly holiday cottage with stunning sea views
Introducing our dog friendly holiday cottage overlooking the Winterton Dunes with amazing sea views and direct access to the dunes and hemsby beach beyond from our own private gate, this is the perfect holiday home by the sea.
Seaview is a newly renovated, detached cottage with a fully enclosed garden, situated on a quiet residential road overlooking Winterton Valley.
The cottage has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The open plan lounge has leather sofas, a dining area, dog friendly flooring and amazing sea views with patio doors opening into the garden. There are two comfy, beautifully decorated bedrooms that are perfect for couples or families to enjoy. Outside there is a large decked area and private garden with seating and sofas from where you can enjoy the fantastic sea views.

The Main Living Space
The cottage has a beautiful modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living space has comfy leather sofas, a dining area with fabulous sea views and patio doors opening onto the decking. There is a Flatscreen TV with Freeview, Netflix and free wifi provided free of charge.
Master Bedroom
The beautiful double bedroom has been tastefully decorated and designed to give you maximum space and storage. The standard double bed is comfy and inviting with luxurious bedding, duvets, pillows and throws.

Shower Room
The modern shower room has a large walk in shower and a beautiful vanity unit with sink, toilet and cupboard. Hot water is provided from the external combi oil boiler, so it is always piping hot and readily available whenever you want it.
Private Garden
The garden is a wonderful feature of the cottage as it is private, peaceful, secluded with breath taking panoramic views of the dunes and the sea beyond. The cottage is surrounded by tall hedging, with stock fencing running through it making it totally private and secure. To the rear of the garden there is a low privet hedge with a gate leading directly down on to the Winterton Dunes which is great for getting to the beach in minutes or taking the dogs out for a walk.
Decking/Dining area
Outside there is a large decked area with rattan sofas, dining table and chairs and a BBQ making it a wonderful space to eat, drink and enjoy the amazing sea views.

We are a multiple dog family ourselves and accept up to 4 dogs (please check with me if you have more). Dogs go free of charge.
Checkin & Checkout
Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. Change over day is Friday, but we do offer short breaks midweek, Monday to Friday or weekend, Friday to Sunday/Monday out of season, (October to April).
Pricing
The price includes a clean before and after your stay, all bed linen and towels for 4 people. All utility bills, WIFI, Freeview, Netflix.
